Top quality Otodus obliquus tooth from the Paleocene-Early Eocene of Khouribga, Morocco. This shark was the predecessor to the serrated Otodus lineage that lead to the infamous Megalodon! Unlike the vast majority of Moroccan Otodus teeth, which have putty-filled roots and bits and pieces of different teeth conglomerated together. This tooth is 2 & 1/8" long and is all natural with no repairs or restoration.
