A very rare matrix-free tooth from the Paleozoic petalodontiform Pristodus sp. This specimen was recovered from the Early Carboniferous-age (Serpukhovian Stage) Zaborie Quarry, Moscow region, Russia. Approx. 1/16” long. All natural with no repairs or restoration.
